Details of the Job/Internship

Moneyview is hiring for the position of Associate- Legal product Advisory and Contracts with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on existing and new product offerings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and sectoral regulations.
• Advise business teams on regulatory frameworks applicable to the BFSI sector, with a focus on data protection, privacy laws, and information security standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
• Agreements with financial institutions for sourcing and collection
• Technology vendor agreements
• Marketing and partnership contracts
• Payment support services arrangements
• Draft and maintain customer-facing agreements and policies (terms & conditions, privacy policy, terms of use, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Advise on general corporate and commercial legal matters across the Moneyview group entities.
• Manage internal stakeholders and lead negotiations with external parties, including consultants, vendors, and legal advisors.
• Coordinate with external counsel for regulatory advice, dispute resolution, and transactional support as needed.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized and reputed law school
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate law firm and/or in-house legal team, preferably within the fintech or BFSI domain
• Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts
• Good understanding of regulatory and data protection frameworks relevant to the financial sector
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, take informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
