Details of the Job/Internship
LEx Aeterna Practices are seeking an Associate with prior experience in real estate and property law to join our Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and issue due diligence/title reports for banks, FIs, builders, and promoters
- Draft, review, and coordinate execution and registration of documents such as:
- Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, POAs, Lease Deeds
- JV Agreements, Deeds of Indemnity, Assignment Deeds
- MOFA Agreements, Leave & License Agreements
- Deeds of Apartment, Possession Letters, Allotment Letters, etc.
- Provide legal support in RERA compliance and redevelopment, including Slum Rehabilitation projects
- Handle lease documentation for MIDC and CIDCO properties
- Advise clients on purchase/sale of agricultural and non-agricultural land
- Support legal structuring for large-scale developments like medical cities, IT parks, hotels, and townships
- Conduct due diligence for solar power projects and provide related legal advice
