Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with corporate interests and legal requirements.
Lead and manage corporate litigation matters, including preparation for trials and handling disputes, to protect the company's rights and interests.
Provide legal support and guidance on venture capital transactions, including due diligence, structuring deals, and negotiating terms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop legal strategies and resolve issues efficiently.
Stay abreast of legal developments affecting the venture capital and private equity industry, advising on legal risks and opportunities.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of internal governance policies, ensuring compliance with the latest legal regulations.
Offer comprehensive legal support in various domains, including intellectual property, employment law, and corporate governance.

Eligibility

Qualifications:

LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
In-depth understanding of the legal framework governing venture capital and private equity investments.
