Emerald Legal – Advocates is hiring an Associate specializing in NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) Proceedings to join their office in Jammu.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents related to NCLT matters.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Represent clients before the NCLT.
• Draft, file, and manage tribunal-related documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and legal teams.
• Provide legal advice and assist in case preparation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or higher qualification (LL.M), preferably specializing in Corporate Law.
• Extensive knowledge of law and NCLT proceedings.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in handling corporate legal matters.
• Preference for candidates with CA/CS background.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• AIBE qualification is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
