Details of the Job/Internship
Equilibrio Advisory LLP is hiring a POSH Trainer and Associate (Legal) to join their team in a full-time remote role. The position involves conducting workshops and training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for organizations, developing training materials, delivering presentations, and providing legal consultation and support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for organizations.
- Develop training materials and deliver presentations.
- Provide legal consultation and support regarding sexual harassment cases.
- Draft legal documents related to POSH matters.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on compliance and best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Proficiency in conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
- Strong knowledge of sexual harassment laws and regulations, with legal consultation skills.
- Experience in developing training materials and drafting legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in the legal field, particularly in sexual harassment cases, is a plus.
- Commitment to promoting equality and combating sexual harassment.
