Godrej Industries Group is hiring an Associate – Legal with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial documents.
• Advise on business operations and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for legal information and documentation.
• Draft legal notices, replies, powers of attorney, and affidavits.
• Assist in industry association-related work.
• Maintain a digital database of legal documents.
• Support knowledge management by updating stakeholders on legal developments.

Eligibility

• Graduate or post-graduate in Law.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
