Details of the Job/Internship
Godrej Industries Group is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 2–4 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial documents.
- Advise on day-to-day operational and business issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Coordinate with business teams to obtain necessary information and documents.
- Draft legal notices, replies, powers of attorney, and affidavits.
- Assist in industry association-related work.
- Maintain a digital database of legal records.
- Support knowledge management and update stakeholders on legal developments.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Law.
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills with commercial acumen.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
