Details of the Job/Internship
HDB Financial Services Ltd. is hiring an Associate – Legal with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Indore. The role involves handling litigation matters, providing legal support to panels, negotiating and drafting legal documents, and managing legal initiatives and issues efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyse legal matters and negotiate documents such as notices, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide necessary help, documents, and information for assistance of the legal panel.
- Ensure steps for fast legal relief and recovery on write-off and loss on sale pool.
- Represent HDB in courts of law in both for and against cases and handle litigation matters.
- Visit delinquent customers and law firms regularly.
- Manage documentation and procedures of legal matters and publish legal MIS.
- Assist in drafting land due diligence reports, title search reports, term sheets, collaboration agreements, and other related documents.
- Draft replies to legal notices and pleadings pertaining to suits and arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility
- LLB with enrolment in the Bar Council.
- 5–7 years of experience in the legal field.
- Good communication skills and pleasing personality.
- High level of self-drive and enthusiasm.
