Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting and advisory support to business teams.
• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents.
• Address legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Support the organisation’s operations while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; additional legal or compliance certifications are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of law and legal consulting practices.
• Experience in legal document preparation and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in financial services or related industries is a plus.
