Details of the Job/Internship
Novus Pro is hiring for the position of Associate (legal) with 3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models to address complex business and legal challenges.
- Train and fine-tune custom language models and generative systems.
- Utilize cloud platforms, particularly Azure, to scale and integrate AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI functionality into internal tools and client-facing applications.
- Continuously monitor AI trends and incorporate state-of-the-art solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Document AI models, processes, and integration methods for future reference and scalability.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., AI Foundry, Copilot Agents, Azure Assistant, OpenAI).
- Strong proficiency in Python and associated AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), including models like Claude and GPT.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
- Proficiency in REST API development and web technologies.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, TypeScript, or Blazor) is a plus.
- Experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, and version control systems.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer) are preferred but not mandatory.
