Details of the Job/Internship
PineBridge Investments is hiring an Associate, Legal with 3+ years of experience to join their legal team in Mumbai under a hybrid work model.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle PISDA and FCM agreement deliverables.
- Maintain MFN and IMA trackers.
- Update delegation and participating affiliate agreements.
- Manage Form D and blue sky filings.
- Oversee sub-advised mutual fund certifications.
- Support updates for Form PF and Form ADV.
- Assist senior attorneys with fund launches and SMA onboarding.
- Provide support for RFPs and document management.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Preferred experience in asset management.
- Experience with US private/registered funds and Cayman products is a plus.
