Details of the Job/Internship

PineBridge Investments is hiring an Associate, Legal with experience of 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Paralegal tasks.
• ISDA deliverables FCM agreement deliverables.
• Maintenance of MFN tracker Maintenance of IMA tracker.
• Update delegation agreements.
• Update participating affiliate agreements.
• Form D filings.
• Blue sky filings.
• Sub-advised mutual fund certifications and other deliverables.
• Assist with Form PF updates.
• Assist with Form ADV updates.
• Document management.
• Assist senior attorneys on fund launches and SMA onboardings.
• RFP support.

Eligibility

• Candidate should have 3+ years of experience.
• Preference for candidates with asset management experience.
• Candidates will ideally have experience with US private and or registered funds. Experience with Cayman products is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

The salary will be discussed with the candidate during the interview process.
