Details of the Job/Internship

Vasu Law Firm is hiring an Associate Legal Professional for a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting services.
• Draft and prepare legal documents.
• Manage legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal analysis and support legal matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher qualification in legal studies.
• Expertise in law and legal issues.
• Experience in legal consulting and legal document preparation.
• Knowledge of SEBI, RERA, Commercial Courts Act, and Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team.
• Ability to read and understand Gujarati documents.
• Prior experience in legal fields is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
