Yum! India Global Services Private Limited is hiring an Associate Legal professional with dual qualifications in Law and Company Secretaryship to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

Company Secretarial:

• Organize board and shareholders meetings in compliance with secretarial standards.
• Manage compliance filings on the MCA portal.
• Maintain and update statutory registers.
• Organize and maintain secretarial documents for easy retrieval.

Departmental Administrative Matters:

• Maintain and update vendor MIS.
• Process vendor invoices as per SOP.
• Manage overall record keeping.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for legal support.

Contracts:

• Support contract drafting, review, and redlining.
• Ensure compliance with SOP on contract lifecycle management.

Eligibility

• LL.B – Mandatory.
• CS – Preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience with PCS firms, consulting firms, or closely held MNCs.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and PowerPoint.
• Tech-savvy and open to working with new tools.
• Impeccable integrity and a positive mindset.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
