India Law Alliance is hiring an Associate for its Litigation & Dispute Resolution department to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and arbitration matters.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums.
• Manage client interactions and advisory assignments.

Eligibility

• LLB (3-year or 5-year program).
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm.
• Experience in litigation, arbitration, and advisory work.
• Exposure to commercial disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency & bankruptcy matters.
• Proficiency in drafting, pleadings, and court appearances before High Courts, tribunals, and other forums.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and interact with clients effectively.

Salary/Stipend
