Details of the Job/Internship

Strata Law is hiring a full-time Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their Delhi office on an URGENT basis. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting: Prepare pleadings, petitions, applications, and affidavits with high precision and legal clarity.
• Research: Conduct in-depth legal analysis on complex commercial, corporate, and arbitration issues.
• Case Management: Assist in developing legal arguments, preparing case strategies, and maintaining litigation trackers.
• Court Appearance: Attend hearings, manage filings, and engage directly with courts and tribunals.
• Arbitration Support: Actively support arbitration proceedings, including familiarity with international and domestic rules.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior advocates and counsel on complex, high-value matters.
• Business Development: Contribute to client relationship management and the firm's growth initiatives.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation or arbitration.
• Technical Skills: Strong drafting skills, proficiency in legal research, and familiarity with court procedures.
• Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills (clarity and precision are mandatory).
• Preferred: Candidates with an LLM, dual qualifications, or familiarity with international arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, SIAC) will be given strong preference.
