Khare Legal Chambers – India is hiring an Associate – Litigation and Corporate for a full-time on-site position in Mumbai. The role involves legal research, preparation of motions, handling depositions, representing clients in courts, advising clients on legal matters, and assisting in corporate transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare motions and handle depositions.
• Represent clients in courts.
• Advise clients on various legal matters.
• Assist in corporate transactions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Proficiency in law and handling motions.
• Strong research skills and experience with depositions.
• Experience working with courts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Relevant experience in litigation and corporate law.

Salary/Stipend
