Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and legal documents.
- Appear before courts and tribunals.
- Assist in arbitration proceedings and client interactions.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Prior experience appearing before courts.
- Candidates with a notice period exceeding 30 days should not apply.
