They are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation and Contract Lawyer to join their team in Chandigarh, Punjab, offering a challenging and rewarding career opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal drafting abilities and excellent research skills.

Role and Responsibilities

Litigation:

• Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and expertise.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and case strategies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case arguments.
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.

Contract Law:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
• Provide legal advice on contractual matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in agreements.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LL.B) and active membership with the Bar Council.
• Proven experience in both litigation and contract law.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
