Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to handle NCLT, City Civil Court, and High Court matters. The office is located in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in NCLT, City Civil Court, and High Court matters.
- Assist in litigation and dispute resolution cases.
- Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in handling matters before the NCLT, City Civil Court, and High Court.
