Details of the Job/Internship

NAKS & Associates is hiring Associates and Associate (Litigation-Drafting & Research) with 1–3 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Patel Nagar, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and prepare litigation-related material.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and case matters.
• Provide legal support and assist in managing litigation.
• Collaborate with the legal team as required.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a reputed law college.
• Membership of the Bar Council.
• 1–3 years of experience in litigation drafting and legal research.
• Strong knowledge of law, drafting, and research.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage legal issues effectively.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
