Role and Responsibilities
- Handle GST litigation matters end-to-end.
- Draft replies, appeals, and submissions.
- Manage GST notices, assessments, and hearings.
- Represent clients before tax authorities.
- Handle litigation work independently.
- Support and manage a small team.
Eligibility
- Semi-qualified CA or LL.B.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong, hands-on GST litigation experience is mandatory.
- Consultancy background is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
