IndiaLaw LLP is hiring an Associate Litigation IBC and Non-Litigation Real Estate with experience of 1 to 5 years to join their office in Kochi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of pleadings, notices etc.
- Advising and formulating the legal strategy for litigation.
- Handling court proceedings before the court, tribunals, etc.
- Attending client meetings.
- Legal research.
Eligibility
- Years of experience: 1-5 years.
- Minimum qualification: LLB.
