Details of the Job/Internship

AMS Legal is hiring a litigation professional with experience of a minimum of 2 years to join their office in Coimbatore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients and handle independent appearances in various court proceedings.
• Draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and affidavits.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies for complex litigation matters.
• Conduct detailed legal research to support courtroom arguments and advisory.
• Manage case files and ensure all court-mandated deadlines are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with the broader litigation team to achieve successful legal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and strategic options.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in litigation practice.
• Proven ability in legal drafting and research.
• Strong understanding of court procedures and advocacy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
