Details of the Job/Internship

Anand Sharma & Associates is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• ​Handle corporate and commercial litigation matters.
• Manage institutional and ad-hoc arbitration proceedings.
• Work on banking and finance-related disputes.
• Appear before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents with precision.
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical inputs.
• Independently manage matters and client coordination.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation/arbitration.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently handle matters and court appearances.
• Good client management and coordination skills.
