D. M. Legal Associates (DML) is hiring an Associate – Litigation and Non-Litigation (Real Estate) to join their offices in Fort and Borivali, Mumbai. The role involves litigation, arbitration, and advisory work, including drafting, pleadings, and appearances before High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and non-litigation matters in real estate.
- Draft and prepare pleadings and submissions.
- Appear before High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
- Work on commercial disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency & bankruptcy cases.
- Manage matters independently and maintain client interactions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong experience in litigation, arbitration, and advisory.
- Proficiency in drafting, pleadings, and appearances before High Courts, Tribunals, and other forums.
- Exposure to commercial disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency & bankruptcy matters.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently and handle client interactions.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
