Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring an Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join their team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters before High Courts, Tribunals, and lower courts.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Manage case files independently.
• Coordinate with clients and external counsel.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Prior experience handling litigation independently.
