Details of the Job/Internship

G D Bansal & Associates is hiring Associates with at least 1 year of experience to join their Intellectual Property team in Jaipur. There are 2 positions for litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file writ petitions, replies, written submissions, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research on IP laws and related statutes.
• Handle e-filing procedures before courts and tribunals.
• Provide litigation support and assist in other legal matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a BCI-recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property Rights.
• Strong understanding of IP and procedural laws.
• Excellent drafting, research, interpretation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary/Stipend
