INDIALAW LLP is hiring for the position of Associate - Litigation with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
The Associate will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting motions, participating in depositions, and attending court proceedings. Day-to-day tasks will include client consultations, case preparations, and supporting senior attorneys in various litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in Law and understanding of legal principles.
- Strong skills in conducting legal Research and preparing legal documents.
- Experience in drafting Motions and pleadings.
- Ability to handle Depositions and participate in the discovery process.
- Familiarity with court procedures and attending court sessions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
Salary/Stipend
