Details of the Job/Internship

Kumar Legal Research LLP is hiring an Associate – Litigation with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters across various practice areas.
• Assist in commercial litigation, NCLT matters, and taxation cases.
• Work on ADR, criminal, and white-collar crime matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior litigation experience required.
• Exposure to commercial litigation, NCLT, taxation, ADR, and criminal law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
