Details of the Job/Internship

Kumar Legal Research LLP is hiring an Associate – Litigation with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Mumbai. The role requires independently handling matters and exposure to High Court civil matters including IBC/NCLT, taxation, arbitration/ADR, banking and financial laws, and white-collar crime.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently handle litigation matters.
• Work on High Court civil matters involving IBC/NCLT, taxation, arbitration/ADR, banking and financial laws, and white-collar crime.

Eligibility

• PQE of 2–5 years.
• Ability to independently handle matters.
• Exposure to High Court civil matters.
• Experience in IBC/NCLT, taxation, arbitration/ADR, banking and financial laws, and white-collar crime.

Salary/Stipend
