Details of the Job/Internship
The Law Office of Kunal Godhwani is hiring an Associate – Litigation to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyse legal concepts and case laws.
- Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Manage litigation matters and assist in court proceedings.
- Represent clients and coordinate case hearings when required.
- Conduct client consultations and maintain professional communication.
- Prepare and manage case files and review legal documentation.
- Coordinate with senior attorneys and team members for case strategy development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal tools, software, and case management systems is advantageous.
- Previous experience in litigation or related legal work is preferred.
