Details of the Job/Internship
Lexansh & Co. is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves assisting in litigation matters, appearing before district courts, drafting legal documents and supporting seniors in commercial disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of the NI Act and RERA.
- Handling clients in family dispute matters.
- Assisting seniors in commercial disputes.
- Appearing before district courts.
- Drafting legal notices, pleadings and replies.
- Preparing for trials, hearings and depositions.
- Reviewing and summarising evidence and documents.
- Attending court hearings and client meetings.
- Collaborating with clients, witnesses and experts.
- Maintaining case files and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Supporting senior attorneys in strategy and client development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised university.
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
