Details of the Job/Internship

Lexansh & Co. is hiring for the position of Associate – Litigation with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters including cases under Section 138 NI Act, Commercial Suits, Recovery Suits, Writs, Oppression & Mismanagement, Company Law, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutory interpretation, case law, and procedural rules relevant to ongoing matters.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing pleadings, plaints, writs, appeals, complaints, applications, and other legal documents.
• Support strategy development for pre-trial, trial, and post-trial procedures.
• Draft and review contracts, settlement agreements, and pleadings to ensure compliance and legal accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to gather facts, prepare briefs, provide case updates, and discuss legal strategies while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Assist in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials; represent matters before District Courts, Tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court under supervision.
• Support settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with seniors and team members to develop strategies for ongoing cases.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and schedules; maintain proper documentation in compliance with court procedures.
• Provide legal advice under supervision and stay updated on developments in litigation and dispute resolution.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 0–2 Years
