Details of the Job/Internship
Lexansh & Co. is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of one year of experience for its Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters under the NI Act and RERA (Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Gurgaon).
- Manage client interactions in family dispute matters.
- Assist seniors in commercial disputes.
- Appear before district courts as required.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, replies, and related documents.
- Assist in preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Review and summarize evidence and relevant case documents.
- Attend court hearings and client meetings, providing legal inputs.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case-related information.
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
- Support senior attorneys in case strategy and client development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Minimum one year of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of the NI Act and RERA.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
