M B Jain & Partners is hiring an Associate – Litigation with experience of 1-3 years to join their office in Goregaon (East),

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients and appear independently before the Bombay High Court.
• Manage IPR procedures before both the Registry and the High Court.
• Handle High Court filings and ensure strict adherence to procedural compliances.
• Draft complex legal documents, including petitions, applications, replies, and notices.
• Conduct independent legal research to build case strategies.
• Coordinate with the court registry for matter listings and follow-ups.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of active litigation experience specifically before the Bombay High Court.
• Working knowledge of IPR procedures and Registry practices.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
• Ability to appear before the court with confidence.
• Willingness to commit to a long-term professional role.
• Immediate availability for joining is required.

Salary/Stipend
