Maestro Legal is growing, and they’re on the lookout for an Associate (Litigation) with 1-3 years of experience to join their team.
- Court/Forum Exposure: Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NGT, NCLAT, NCLT, NCDRC, RERA, and District Courts of Delhi & Noida
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents, petitions, and pleadings.
- Filing cases and representing clients across various forums.
- Handling court and tribunal appearances.
Eligibility
- Law degree (BALLB/LLB) from a recognized university.
- 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Ability to represent clients effectively in multiple courts and forums.
