Primaa Legal Associates is hiring for the role of Associate and Junior Associate (Litigation).

This is an on-site job opportunity based in Lucknow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within Primaa Legal Associates. Based out of Lucknow, the candidate here will get an opportunity to learn day-to-day affairs in District Courts, High Courts as well as Tribunals and Arbitration Centre.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, filing pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court. The Associate-Litigation will also work with senior attorneys to prepare for hearings, as well as assist in the research process, and in negotiations with opposing parties.
- Candidate shall be result-oriented and able to handle long hours of work in exceptional circumstances.
- Candidate shall timely submit the work assigned by the managing partner and other senior associates of the firm.
- Candidates have to visit the courts and tribunals on a regular basis.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputed university and enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate shall have experience in instituting proceedings before different courts and tribunals.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Drafting and Vetting of Commercial Agreements/MOUs.
- Regulatory Filings and Due Diligence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Familiarity with the Indian legal system and court procedures, as well as local and national laws and regulations.
