Details of the Job/Internship

RSLO & Advocates is hiring Associates (Litigation) with a minimum of 1 year of trial practice experience to join their office in Sarita Vihar. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Associate will handle litigation matters, conduct case research, draft legal documents, attend court proceedings, assist senior advocates, and liaise with clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Attend court proceedings and assist senior advocates.
• Liaise with clients and provide litigation support.
• Handle day-to-day tasks related to general litigation matters.

Eligibility

• LLB with minimum 1 year of trial court practice exposure.
• LLM not required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in trial court practice and arbitration trial desirable.
• Honesty and discipline are essential traits.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
