- Handle suits, arbitration, and writ matters before the Original Side of the Calcutta High Court.
- Manage litigation cases independently.
- Engage effectively with clients and counsels.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in suits, arbitration, and writ matters before the Original Side of the Calcutta High Court.
- Proven track record in handling complex litigation.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Ability to manage cases independently with strong legal understanding and client/counsel engagement skills.
