Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with 2–3 years of PQE in IP litigation to join their team in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on litigation matters in intellectual property rights.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Represent clients before courts, especially in IP divisions.
- Collaborate with the team to provide effective legal solutions.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years PQE in IP litigation.
- Strong drafting and oratorial skills.
- Hands-on experience before courts, especially the Delhi High Court.
- Positive work attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
