The Chambers of Mr. Krishnan Venugopal is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation. The position is based in New Delhi and offers exposure to diverse and complex legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, written submissions, and case notes.
- Assist in drafting pleadings and other court documents.
- Attend court proceedings, maintain detailed hearing notes, and coordinate case files.
- Provide strategic and logistical support in complex litigation.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (5-year/3-year program) from a reputed law school.
- Minimum 2 years of prior work experience in litigation (exposure to commercial, constitutional, and arbitration matters preferred).
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
