Details of the Job/Internship

Tritent Legal LLP is hiring an Associate – Litigation to join the New Delhi Location.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients through regular court appearances before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals.
• Draft complex pleadings, petitions, and legal applications for various judicial forums.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare comprehensive case files.
• Coordinate directly with clients to manage expectations and gather necessary case information.
• Support the senior legal team in developing effective litigation strategies.
• Ensure all documentation and filings are accurate and submitted within court-mandated timelines.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
• Proven experience in handling court appearances and judicial proceedings.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and procedural documentation.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic legal team.
