Details of the Job/Internship
Vasu Law Firm is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with 1–2 years of experience to join their Ahmedabad office. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and providing legal advice to clients, along with representing clients in court and assisting senior attorneys in complex legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
- Support senior attorneys in handling complex legal matters.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold a valid bar license and have 1–2 years of experience before the District Court, City Civil Court, Consumer Forum, or RERA.
- Strong knowledge of the CPC, Consumer Laws, and the NI Act is required.
- Proficiency in Gujarati and legal research software such as SCC and Manupatra is preferred.
