Details of the Job/Internship
ZeusIP Advocates LLP is hiring an Associate – Litigation with over 3 years of experience to join their office in Sec-2, Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters independently with minimal supervision.
- Draft pleadings, applications, notices, affidavits, legal opinions, and replies.
- Appear and argue matters before various forums including High Courts, NCLT, DRT, Consumer Forums, and Arbitration Tribunals.
- Devise litigation strategies with the senior team and clients.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, external counsels, and senior advocates.
- Supervise junior associates or interns when required.
- Ensure timely filings, documentation, and procedural compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a reputed institution.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in civil, commercial, and IP matters.
- Strong command of procedural and substantive law.
- Proficient in legal databases like SCC Online, Manupatra.
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and time-management skills.
