Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring Chartered Accountants and Lawyers with Company Secretary (CS) qualifications and 2–6 years of experience in M&A Tax and International Tax matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on M&A and International Taxation matters.
• Handle tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare and review tax documentation and transaction-related agreements.
• Ensure adherence to domestic and international tax laws and treaties.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams for seamless deal execution.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant or Lawyer with CS qualification.
• 2–6 years of experience in M&A and International Tax.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, cross-border structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
