Aekom Legal is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team at the Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
Work on M&A, Private Equity, and General Corporate advisory matters, with focus on drafting, research, and analysis of complex transactions.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience with a strong foundation in M&A, Private Equity, and General Corporate advisory work.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills with a passion for high-value and complex transactions.
