Details of the Job/Internship
Mirae Legal is hiring an Associate (M&A) with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves legal research, drafting, reviewing legal documents, managing client relationships, and supporting transactional work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Manage client relationships.
- Support the team with transactional work.
Eligibility
- PQE 1–3 years.
- Experience in M&A and banking matters.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Experience in managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with AI and advanced technologies in legal practice is a plus.
- Prior experience in a corporate law firm is advantageous.
