Details of the Job/Internship
MSC (MicroSave Consulting) is hiring an Associate Manager with 5–8 years of experience in corporate law to join their office in Lucknow.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs, NDAs, consultancy, vendor, and donor agreements.
- Provide legal advisory on commercial, employment, data protection, and corporate matters.
- Support pre-bid and bidding processes, including drafting MoUs and teaming agreements.
- Advise on intellectual property matters and technology-related contracts (EULAs, SaaS, licensing).
- Coordinate arbitration/litigation and support corporate restructuring, M&A, and entity management.
- Liaise with external counsel and internal teams on risk mitigation.
- Manage contract database and ensure compliance.
- Develop legal risk registers, compliance checklists, and participate in internal audits.
- Review and update internal legal policies and support regulatory filings and secretarial functions.
- Conduct internal legal awareness sessions.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate law.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
