Details of the Job/Internship
Rapido is hiring an Associate Manager – Intellectual Property Rights with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on trademark searches, registration, protection, and disputes.
- Provide counsel on copyright protection, registration, enforcement, and licensing agreements.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing and technology transfer agreements.
- Represent the company in IP-related litigation and coordinate with external counsel.
- Develop and implement IP strategies and conduct regular IP audits.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and business teams to identify and protect new IP.
- Ensure 100% compliance tracking across functions through the compliance tool.
- Map new compliances and coordinate with relevant teams for timely submissions.
- Maintain a repository of applicable privacy laws and track regulatory implications.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and compliance frameworks.
